A high-performance commercial headquarters spanning three interconnected towers. The project merges rigorous corporate functionality with advanced sustainable engineering, redefining the architectural baseline for modern financial districts.
Challenge
Unifying three distinct structural masses over an active underground railway line. This required extreme acoustic isolation and vibration dampening to ensure zero disruption to the sensitive technical operations within the upper floors.
Solution
Deployment of high-density acoustic elastomeric bearings at the foundation level. Above ground, a unified steel exoskeleton was engineered to distribute lateral wind loads seamlessly across all three towers, eliminating the need for bulky internal load-bearing walls.
Result
An iconic addition to the city skyline, delivered under budget and precisely on schedule. The integrated facade technology achieved a 40% reduction in operational energy costs compared to regional commercial baselines.
